Charissa has been with Dakota Micro since day one. She works closely with her husband, Dave Rubey, to ensure Dakota Micro always provides the highest-quality commercial rearview and surveillance camera solutions.
Dave Rubey, Founder/Director of IT
Dave remains committed his vision to fulfill the need for reliable, commercial, rearview and surveillance camera solutions. In addition to working closely with his wife Charissa Rubey to run the business, he also leads the research and development department, and develops new and improved products that keep Dakota Micro the industry leader.
Jennifer has been with Dakota Micro for over a decade. She started as our bookkeeper and has grown with the company to become COO. Jennifer oversees the day-to-day operations of Dakota Micro and ensures the business runs efficiently and effectively.
Shawn has been with Dakota Micro for over a decade. Shawn began his career in the repair department and has grown with the company to become the Director of Manufacturing Operations. Shawn is responsible for overseeing and directing all of our manufacturing operations.
Gary joined Dakota Micro in October 2019 and holds the role of Sales and Marketing Executive Director. With two decades of business, sales and marketing leadership experience, Gary has developed a pragmatic approach and has a passion for helping others succeed. Gary’s primary responsibility is to lead Dakota Micro in building world-class customer and dealer experiences while expanding the Dakota Micro footprint.
Jason has been with the company since 2014. He began his career with Dakota Micro as a Sale Representative and quickly moved into the role of Account Manager. In 2019 Jason was promoted to Director of Marketing. His job now involves everything marketing related at Dakota Micro, including our new slate of videos showing the durability of our cameras. Mitch joined Dakota Micro in May 2020 as OEM Sales Representative. Mitch has helped local farmers during their busy harvests over the years. He has also had various roles working with customers and dealers in the technology sector. He has a passion to help others and is looking to bring that to Dakota Micro. He wants to grow the OEM segment for Dakota Micro by partnering with his clients to meet their goals.
Steve is a Territory Manager covering the upper Midwest territory, which includes North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin. He brings 15 plus years of business management experience in sales and the always evolving technology field. Steve contributes his success to growing up on his family farm in Minnesota.
Randy Scofield, Territory Account Manager
Randy joined Dakota Micro in July of 2020 as a Territory Account Manager. He brings 10 years of account management experience with a major emphasis on technology and helping customers succeed in business. Randy grew up on a farm in rural central Minnesota and credits that upbringing, along with various construction jobs, to his work ethic and dedication.
Steph has been with Dakota Micro for over a decade. Steph started in invoicing and has grown to handle all aspects of order processing. When it’s got to be there, and it’s got to be right, we know Stephanie will get the job done.
Leigha is the front line here at Dakota Micro, Inc. She is the first voice you will hear when you call us, and she’s here to help. Any questions, just call. Leigha has also taken on a new sales role, handling our international customers and being the first line caller to dealers that we don’t currently have representation in.
