Charissa has been with Dakota Micro since day one. She works closely with her husband, Dave Rubey, to ensure Dakota Micro always provides the highest-quality commercial rearview and surveillance camera solutions.

Dave remains committed his vision to fulfill the need for reliable, commercial, rearview and surveillance camera solutions. In addition to working closely with his wife Charissa Rubey to run the business, he also leads the research and development department, and develops new and improved products that keep Dakota Micro the industry leader.
Jennifer has been with Dakota Micro for 11 years. She started as our bookkeeper and has grown with the company to become the COO. Jennifer oversees the day to day operations of Dakota Micro and ensures the business runs efficiently and effectively.
Shawn has been with Dakota Micro for 11 years. Shawn began his career at Dakota Micro in the repairs department and had grown with the company to become the Director of Operations. Shawn is responsible for overseeing and directing all of our manufacturing operations.
Jason has been with Dakota Micro for 5 years. Jason began his career at Dakota Micro as a sales rep and quickly moved into the role of account manager. In 2019 Jason was promoted to Director of Marketing. His job now involves everything marketing at Dakota Micro including our new slate of videos showing the durability of our cameras. Brian Hula comes to Dakota Micro in 2019 in the role of Sales Rep. Almost immediately his experience and management expertise put him into the role of Director of Sales. Brian’s responsibilities includes managing all dealer sales reps and working in conjunction with the other Directors within Dakota Micro. Brian also manages a sales territory within the US, ensuring he is always up to date on current agricultural and industrial markets.
Brent is the newest member of the Dakota Micro team and comes with a ton of agricultural experience. His responsibilities involve management of all OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) activities.
Steph has been with Dakota Micro for 11 years. Steph started as invoicing and has grown to handle all aspects of order processing. When it’s got to be there, and it’s got to be right, we know Stephanie will get the job done.
Leigha is the front line here at Dakota Micro, Inc. She is the first voice you will hear when you call us, and she’s here to help. Any questions, just call. Leigha has also taken on a new sales role, handling our international customers and being the first line caller to dealers that we don’t currently have representation in.
