Account Manager

The Account Manager provides customer and administrative support in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assists Sales Representatives in responding to all customer service and account inquires
  • Answers incoming calls, answering questions when possible and/or transferring caller to the appropriate department when applicable
  • Replies to inquiries on Dakota Micro’s website live chat
  • Places customer orders efficiently and effectively
  • Provides basic troubleshooting support and creates repair tickets when necessary
  • Enters details, as necessary, of these transactions in the appropriate software or forms


  • Previous account management experience preferred, but not required. Will train.
  • Friendly, helpful, and professional communication via telephone and email
  • Ability to organize and prioritize projects and activities
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications

Full time (8:30am-5pm) at Dakota Micro facility or work from home option
