Account Manager
The Account Manager provides customer and administrative support in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
Job Responsibilities
- Assists Sales Representatives in responding to all customer service and account inquires
- Answers incoming calls, answering questions when possible and/or transferring caller to the appropriate department when applicable
- Replies to inquiries on Dakota Micro’s website live chat
- Places customer orders efficiently and effectively
- Provides basic troubleshooting support and creates repair tickets when necessary
- Enters details, as necessary, of these transactions in the appropriate software or forms
Qualifications
- Previous account management experience preferred, but not required. Will train.
- Friendly, helpful, and professional communication via telephone and email
- Ability to organize and prioritize projects and activities
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications
