Dakota Micro is seeking a driven, results-oriented OEM Sales Rep to join our team. This full-time, remote role is critical to expanding and strengthening relationships with original equipment manufacturers.
Build and maintain strong OEM relationships, and therefore drive long-term growth as well as meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while ensuring alignment with company goals.
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and customer service to strengthen results.
Represent Dakota Micro at trade shows, conferences, and customer visits, and thus expand our visibility.
Proven OEM or B2B sales experience with technical products; furthermore, agricultural or industrial knowledge is preferred.
Self motivated with strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills to secure long-term agreements.
Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office, ensuring efficient daily operations.
Willing to travel as needed for meetings and industry events.
