Let’s Return to Single-Camera View
SCAN mode automatically switches between cameras.
Split-screen mode displays more than one camera at
once. We need a single-camera view to access the menu
and check pairing.
- Close any open menu. Press Menu/Esc to return to the camera screen.
- If the monitor is automatically switching
cameras: Press an Up or Down channel-selection arrow
to select a camera channel and leave automatic scanning.
- If several camera views are displayed: With the menu closed, use the OK/Camera Toggle
button to change the viewing layout to one camera.
This button may have a double-square symbol.
- Try Menu again. Once only one camera view is displayed, press Menu.
A camera picture is not required to check menu access.
In single-camera view now? Change your answer above to “Yes, the menu appears”
or “No, the menu does not appear,” depending on
what happens when you press Menu.
Still unable to change the view? Select “Yes, I still need help” in the support section
below. Include your monitor’s model number and,
if possible, a photo showing its screen and buttons.
