Plant Manager Position – Full Time

Dakota Micro, Inc. is seeking an experienced on-site manager to oversee our growing manufacturing plant’s personnel, functions, operations, and infrastructures. We are looking for an individual who believes in teamwork, is results driven, and who naturally wants to work with and empower employees to meet their individual goals. The candidate must have effective communication and leadership skills to direct, motivate, inspire, and delegate responsibilities to multiple departments. The ability to quickly resolve issues, provide solutions, facilitate productivity and prevent disruptions is required. This professional multitasker will coordinate the plant’s manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with company objectives, quality systems, and customer product expectations. Assembly Associate Position – Full and Part Time options

Duties includes assembly of cameras, small electronics, cables, and related products used in farming and construction industry. We will train you to use small machine operations such as molding machines, cable rolling machines, soldering irons, and wire crimping tools.  A variety of different products and assembly opportunities available to suit your skill level. Requires some standing and sitting in a clean, climate controlled, organized factory. 

Sales Associate Position – Full and Part Time options

Duties include learning all our product lines which includes cameras, monitors, cables, and related electronics used in farming and construction industries. Responsible for customer service, phone/email/text communication with our customers,  and sales maintenance of customer accounts.  Remote work and opportunity for growth are worth discussing during our interviewing process.
